Before requesting a price match

A few quick things to check before getting in touch.

✓ The product must be identical.
✓ The competitor must have it in stock.
✓ The competitor must be a UK retailer.
✓ The price must include applicable delivery costs.
✓ The price must be publicly available online.
✓ The offer must be available when we check it.

  1. The product must be identical to the product offered by Spokz, including brand, model, size, colour and specification.
  2. The competitor must be a UK-based retailer and the product must be available to purchase from them at the time we check the price.
  3. The competitor's product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  4. The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and available to all customers without requiring a membership, account-specific discount or private quotation.
  5. The total competitor price must include any applicable VAT, delivery charges and other mandatory costs.
  6. We do not price match products sold through online marketplaces or third-party sellers, including marketplace listings on sites such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace.
  7. We do not price match clearance, closing-down, liquidation, end-of-line or discontinued-stock offers.
  8. We do not price match multi-buy promotions, bundle offers, buy-one-get-one-free offers, voucher codes, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards or other conditional discounts.
  9. We do not price match obvious pricing errors or prices that we reasonably believe have been listed incorrectly.
  10. Spinergy wheels are excluded from our price match guarantee.
  11. All price match requests are considered individually and Spokz reserves the right to decline a request where the above conditions are not met.
