Your available delivery options will be shown before checkout. When we charge for delivery, our policy is to only charge what it costs us to package and send your order.
DHL Express
Free tracked express delivery to mainland UK. DHL deliveries normally arrive within 1–2 working days.
DHL Next Day
Tracked DHL delivery. The vast majority of mainland UK deliveries arrive the next working day, but please allow up to 2 working days.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked
A tracked Royal Mail service which normally takes around 2 working days. This delivery time is not guaranteed.
Order before 11am for same-day shipping
Orders placed before 11.00am will be shipped the same working day and delivered according to the delivery method selected at checkout. Orders placed after 11.00am will be shipped the following working day. This excludes pre-order items.
Track and manage your DHL delivery
Once your DHL order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details. DHL also gives you the option to divert your parcel to an alternative local address or a DHL collection point.
Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
Couriers charge additional delivery costs to some UK regions. Where your order is over £50, we discount the regional delivery charge by the £6.25 mainland UK delivery amount. Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days.

Delivery costs £13 where the order value is under £50 and £6.75 where the order value is over £50.

International delivery
We can ship the majority of our products worldwide. If you're outside the UK, email us with the items you'd like to order and your full delivery address and we'll provide a shipping price.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items are delivered free of charge to UK destinations. International pre-orders are excluded from free delivery. Pre-order items are also excluded from our same-day shipping cut-off.

If your parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, here's what you need to do.
My order hasn't arrived
For DHL orders, please allow the estimated delivery time shown in your tracking to pass before contacting us. If the parcel still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll investigate it with the courier.
Royal Mail order hasn't arrived
Royal Mail requires 15 days to pass before we're able to take action on a missing parcel. After this time, contact us and we'll make the necessary arrangements.

Mainland UK
We currently offer free tracked Express UK delivery with DHL on orders over £50 to mainland UK.
Orders under £50 are charged £6.25 for our DHL next day service. Smaller items may also have the option of Royal Mail 48 Tracked for £2.50, which is normally a 2 working day service but is not guaranteed.
DHL standard deliveries take approximately 1–2 working days to mainland UK. The vast majority arrive on the next working day, although please allow up to 2 working days.
DHL tracking details will be sent by email and you may have the option to divert the parcel to another local address or DHL collection point.
Pre-orders
All pre-order items are delivered free of charge to UK destinations. International orders are excluded.
Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man incur additional delivery charges due to courier surcharges.
Where an order exceeds £50, the charge is discounted by the standard £6.25 mainland UK delivery amount. Deliveries to these areas normally take 2–3 working days.
Same-day shipping
Orders placed before 11.00am will be shipped the same day and delivered according to the delivery option selected at checkout.
Orders placed after 11.00am will be shipped the following working day. Pre-order products are excluded.
International shipping
We can ship the majority of our products worldwide. International customers should contact us with the items they would like to purchase and their full delivery address so we can provide a shipping quote.
Items that haven't arrived
Please wait until the estimated DHL delivery time shown in your tracking has passed before contacting us.
Royal Mail requires 15 days to pass before action can be taken on a missing parcel.
If your item does not arrive within the specified times, please contact us. It is our responsibility to investigate the shipment and make the necessary arrangements with the courier.
Damaged or missing items
If a package arrives damaged or with items missing, please sign for it as damaged where possible or take photographs showing the damage to the package.
This evidence is required for us to make a claim with the courier. Without evidence of the damaged parcel, we may be unable to provide a refund or replacement.
