Great company Great productsI received excellent customer service & excellent advice from the people at spokz . I purchased these because I Preferred the downtown tyres to the marathon plus tyres not only because of the cost but they give an equal grip & I get a better wear rate. Also with the marathon plus tyres I’ve experienced the rim wire breaking and puncturing the inner-tube. & So far not with these As I use a front power attachment as much as possible, when I’m outside I wanted maximum grip with the maximum wear & I get that from these.

Amazing for tread for cambered axlesMightily impressed with these tyres for an everyday active user, the tread which you can't see from any product photos is off set so make sure you mount them the right way, on mine with a 3 degree camber they sit on the solid tread line on hard floors which gives less roll resistance than my old marathon tyres, moving onto softer and uneven surfaces the inside tread comes into its own and gives a nice grip even on wet grass. Better than marathons on wet hard surfaces too but only slightly. 2grip walls are perfect for standard push rims but you may get some tread/hand interference with oversized rims. Finally a great price and outstanding service from spokz getting these to me next day and out of a pinch 5☆ 5☆

Does the jobOn the wifes offroad rims (540s). The tyre (grey tread 1' 3/8) is a Little wider than her normal 1' Marathon plus with the added bonus of having a little tread pattern, without the need for going to a smaller 24' rim and full MTB tyre. Works a treat, but obviously a compromise for any soft offroad. Also looks a great tyre for everyday use as well. Well priced!

Excellent tyresExcellent service and the ordering process is so easy - arrived before the date they were expected. I prefer these tyres, to the Marathon Plus, as they give me better grip for a lower price. They are also very easy to fit so I don't have to pay extra for this either..

Easy!Moved over to these tyres from the marathon plus which I loved but not so much the price and the annoyance of putting them on BUT these tyres are a lot easier to put on my spinergy wheels, a lot of grip, easy rolling and a nice looking tyre! Thank you Steve!

still great tyresjust changed from the bigger down town tyre to the smaller black walled tyre. the smaller tyre gives the wheelchair a lighter more precise feel making it easier to push and feels quicker, still with great tread. however i do feel much closer to the floor, i do like the smaller tyre as do my carpets but i miss the extra hight the larger tyre gives you.

great tyres!have just received this tyre its much lighter and easier to push than the solids i had on, great all rounder but i would suggest its best use as an outdoor winter tyre as not so good on carpets but very gripy outdoors and big´ish tread, looks like a small mountain bike tyre. must say its quite awsome having a tyre designed for wheelchairs it makes a big difference, god bless scwalbe!
