When you order your Frog Legs Uni-Tine Wheelchair Forks it is vitally important to indicate the make/model of wheelchair. Frog leg caster wheels are not included in the price.

- Not compatible on tilite chairs with serial numbers starting with "m".**
- Black or silver forks only
- Prior to ordering, please make sure you are aware of how your current caster forks are attached and you have the necessary tools in order to be able to remove and replace them. If you are unsure, please contact either your wheelchair supplier or the manufacturer for further details.

Frog Legs Uni-Tine Caster Forks were developed as a option for low-profile wheelchairs where a shock absorbing fork is too tall.
Although it is not a suspension fork, The Uni-Tine caster forks allow users who are currently confined to narrow small wheels to upgrade to wider, more functional Soft Roll casters that are better suited to handle a variety of surfaces such as cobblestones, carpet, and gravel.
