The extra width better distributes downward pressure allowing the wheel to maintain higher flotation and does not sink into carpet, gravel, etc.

Frogs Leg Soft Roll WheelsWheels are great for the price but could do with better bearings. All bearings started clicking within a day of fitting. Replaced with Reds and have been fine ever since.

Great wheelsHave used spokes in the past and they are always quick, efficient and good quality. Tried these wheels instead of 11/4 inch and they are very smooth and comfortable making it easier on rough paving etc. Look smart as well.

Fab wheels and serviceI love soft roll castors, and won't use anything else now I am used to them. The finish on the black ones is also really nice and smooth so they look very slick (and are easy to clean mud and stuff off). Frog leg castors 5"×1.4"Great company to supply my wheels..the difference in rolling smoothness is amazing.these are my second set and i wont use anything else but this brand of castor now..first time i used a set suprised me on how great they are,it helpped so much when i was training as they took out so much vibration which was a blessing.i would highly recommend these wheels..

Great stuff.Purchased a set of 5" x 1.4" casters (I like 'um big) they replaced by stock Quickie casters that looked bloody awful. Overall very pleased, ultra smooth when compared to the old ones and lighter, I could feel the difference straight away, easy to fit and look the business. This is the first item ordered from Spokz, can't fault them. The casters were very competitively priced and the delivery occurred without incident. Now looking for something else to order!
