Delivery
Here at Spokz our emphasis is on value for money and customer service. It is our policy to only charge you what it costs us to post and package your item/s rather than a fixed amount. Delivery costs are calculated per order and will be shown at the checkout stage.

Item not arrived?
Most of our items are sent through Royal Mail. Generally speaking the Post Office will leave a note if they have called to deliver and you were not at home.
However, we know of several cases where this has not happened, so please ring your local delivery office first to see whether the item is there.
Deliveries take 3-5 working days, so please wait 5 working days before contacting us about an item which has not arrived.
If you have tried all these options, then it is Spokz's responsibility to find your item. Please contact us so we can track the item. If we need to send a replacement
you have to wait 15 working days before this can be sent out as it is only after this that Royal Mail will accept a claim for missing items.
When the item is more expensive additional insurance will be included in your price.
Desperate for an item?
We try and keep our postage as low as possible by matching Royal Mail's pricing which does not include fast delivery. Please tell us when you need to item by and we can suggest an additional cost for next day delivery.
Returns
Not happy with your purchase?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases, please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of the purchase date. You can then simply return your purchase within 14 days for a refund - no questions asked (EXCLUDES SEX PRODUCTS). Sorry we cannot refund postage charges on delivery and return of goods, unless they are faulty (see below). Goods must be returned in ORIGINAL, UNUSED condition.
Faulty goods?
If your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us within 30 days before returning the item. We will send you a "no charge" replacement, postage free. Before we issue a refund or replacement, you will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment. If the product is faulty we will refund your return postage costs.

Spokz will refund your debit/credit card, or we can post a cheque.
