  Short review: if you can spare £150 and you are currently frustrated, buy one!
  
  Long review: first off, that´s not my real name. However the rest of this review is a true and honest account. Now I think I can probably assume that if you´re reading this review, on this site, you have some similar problems to me and that you don´t you think that masturbation makes you go blind. So first off I’ll tell you what’s wrong with me so that you can better judge how relevant this review is to you.
  
  I am C5/C6 incomplete. What this means in practice is that I have rubbish hands and poor sensation. If someone is prepared to help me I can get an orgasm. But this often takes 20 minutes or so, for some reason there isn´t a cue. As to me managing to get there myself, well that´s just not going to happen. So I´ve tried a fleshlight. This did get me there once, but I was hard work and it´s a great big hefty thing to have to hold on to. Similar problems with a flip hole. So reluctantly I was beginning to resign myself to a life of involuntary celibacy. Then I saw the advert for this aptly named whirlwind. Despite a hefty price tag it seemed as if it may well work, so I bought one.
  
  Day one:
  Well that´s the end of my problems. It has a little programmer that enables you to choose all manner of different routines. I thought I would try out some of these after plugging it on. I didn´t really get a chance. After two or three button presses I became unable to think about the controller, very soon after that I came, 3 minutes tops. The only problem I had was trying to stop the thing whilst lost in a state of almost complete paralysis.
  
  Day two:
  Okay perhaps I´m not seventeen any more. I guess I’m going to have to exercise some self-control. But at least limit will be how often I can manage it not how often I get someone to help out. Still it gives you chance to try out all the different programmes.
  
  Conclusion:
  It seems to be pretty well made. There´s a silicone ring attached to what they call extension pieces, this just falls off. You’re not supposed to clean the motor base / handle but this will get lube on it, wet wipes? It´s pretty hard for me to set it up and clean it afterwards on my own, so if your hands as bad as mine, you will need to get somebody to help with this. But, the important thing is it works, don´t expect miracles but this is a league ahead of anything else I´ve tried and it´s not embarrassingly pink!

  Dear ´John´, thank you so much for your lengthy honest feedback, we´re grateful as it will help other customers and it also bought a big smile to our faces to hear you are getting so much enjoyment from it! Just don´t overdo it and watch out for dysrefelxia.
  
  We know it´s not the cheapest thing on the market, but it is well designed and has lots of programmes and is the only thing we can find which is great for limited dexterity, lesser sensation and helping partners get less hand/jaw ache if it takes a while! And as you have come to expect from Spokz, we do always try to price stuff so we can make a living whilst not ripping you off, unfortunately this gadget has a high cost price. John, please drop us a line so we know who you really are! :-)
  
  We would indeed recommend a damp cloth for cleaning the outside of the motor base.
  
  The product should be easy to use without any assistance, but like you say, you may need assistance putting it together or cleaning it. If you need any help figuring out how to discuss this with your PA, just give us a call, we´re happy to help!

  Just a short message to say how pleased I am with the Cyclone. As far as I am concerned they [the manufacturers] have done a great job. It could, for me, be a little longer! and perhaps a little more quiet, but these are minor things.
