The Omni 3:33i offers over 30 different exercises for up to 3 simultaneous users for a total body workout. Pulley height adaptability and positioning allows optimal prestretch and ensures all exercises can be performed with absolute biomechanical integrity.

Working mainly from a floor based position; users derive additional benefits through use of the core stabilisers, legs, back and abdominals as part of the exercise.

The unique adjustable ´spine´ back rest and lat/low thigh support cater for performance of compound exercises. The 3:33i provides unilateral and bilateral converging / diverging arc movements.
